How long will my cookies stay fresh?

For the best taste, enjoy our cookies within 3-5 days at room temperature. If you'd like to save some for later, our cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Transfer your cookies to an airtight container or a large Ziplock bag. When you're ready to enjoy them again, allow the cookies to thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours.

Do your cookies contain nuts?

We do offer some cookies that don't contain nuts. However, please note that our cookies are baked in an area where nuts are present. If you have a serious allergy, we do not recommend consuming our products.

When will my order ship?

Kindly give us 48 hours' notice as we freshly bake to order just for you. Your order should arrive within 1-2 days after being shipped. Thank you!

Where can I pick up my order?

Saturday 8am - 1pm

When you enter in the parking lot, pick up window will be the first near gate.

Pickup Policy:

Please present a valid ID when picking up your order. If someone else is picking it up for you, kindly leave a note with their name, and they must also show their ID.

Can I warm up my cookies?

Oven Method:

Place the cookies on a baking sheet and warm them for 3 - 5 minutes, depending on their size. Let the cookies cool slightly before enjoying.

Microwave Method:

Microwave the cookies on a microwave-safe plate for 10 seconds. Be careful not to overheat them, as microwaves can make cookies tough if heated for too long. Let the cookies cool for a moment before savoring.
